WEIGHT: 87 carats. or 17.4 grams.

DIMENSIONS: 61mm by 37 mm by 9 mm.

BRIGHTNESS: A sparkling rare peaccock harlequin / ribbon pattern 3.5 out of 5.

This piece could conceivably cut 10-12 carats of low dome cabachons but is possibly better left as a specimen due to the proximity of the ginger whisker to the colour.

The color variations in the photos are due to different light angles, distances and backgrounds.

All of our auctions are photographed with macro settings under a 60 watt incandescent lamp.

We try to create a true as possible representation of the stones you will receive.

Please check the dimensions carefully as the opal will not be as big in your hand as it looks on your monitor!

Also some monitor settings will cause white based opal to look darker than it actually is. Please check the description carefully before bidding and view your opal in sunlight or in a dark room with a direct light source ie: desk lamp, down light etc. (As photographed and practiced throughout the opal industry).
