I reckon they have 5 grams of 18ct gold in them, valued at around $500 USD.
The craftsmanship is superb, the opal brilliant, the gold setting perfectly made.
These really are a very well matched pair as far as color goes, just beautiful.
They have a nice curve as you can see and measure around 14mm x 14mm square and 3mm or so thick.
They weigh 27 carats the pair app, a perfect weight for earrings.
Set in beautiful 18 carat gold, the black Opal inlay is superb.
