THIS SITE SPECIALIZES IN BOULDER AND YOWA ROUGH
This is a parcel of boulder mined in Quilpie Queensland.The colour bar has been exposed and it is now ready for cutting & polishing.Most boulder opal has a thin precious colour bar sitting on top of ironstone so you have to be careful not to rub too deep.Having ironstone exposed in the face of the stone is acceptable for commercial stones.
