Because we cut and set the opal in the same process, we shape the stone with a tapered girdle that we then tightly under wrap and rub over the top of the bezel to eliminate the need for a traditional seat.

The rare ribbon bands of pure prismatic rainbow that flood this piece as it turns are a sight to behold, and only become more prominent in naturally lit rooms. This piece is truly one in many, many thousands.
