COMBINED SHIPPING : We offer combined shipping for two or more items purchased in a period of 3 days, but you need to pay all the wins at once, due to the OA system which works automatically.

PAYMENT : We kindly ask you to settle your won items within 3 days from the purchase/closing of the auction.

If you won an auction but are following another one closing after the 3-days payment period, please let us know!

REFUND: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item can be returned at your expenses for a full refund within 10 days  from the notification of any problems. We recommend you to use a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery.
