Opalized Fossil

Mined at Duck Creek in Queensland and miner had it in his collection for a very long time, I was lucky enough to get my hands on it. Miner has claimed this material was mined 30 odd years ago.
As per the miner this is Opalized fossil maybe wood, vegetation or bone but it has not been confirmed by a Palaeontologist
Pictures have been taken with opal wet to show colours!!!!!
