SEDA ROUGH OPALS

This is a untouched opal rough direct from the miner in lightning ridge.This miner sunk a hole down and bottomed on opal so that why it has the opal dirt still attached which is quite rare. Th miner has dug this straight out of the wall.! We have not rubbed it down so there is a chance of a nice stone for you to discover. You can take a gamble and face it ,keep it as a specimen or use for inlay or even some doublets.

How do we value our rough?? After 30 years experience of rubbing down and cutting thousands of opal we value the rough as what we believe it will cut-However you are dealing with nature so some stones will come out worse than i expect-if you are disappointed with your experience please let us know so we may be able to rectify it.
