opened the package and the thing falls apart leaving a small chunk of dirt... At least you could have removed the dirt by hand before posting it, pretty ridiculous to not even try and remove the dirt by hand. Both turned out to be all dirt.

Information seems correct. I notice this seller suggests looking at the opal dry before cutting. This is a good idea as it easier to see possible issues with the opal when its dry. I would suggest asking for a pic of the parcel dry.
