Delanta is the main town area in Welo where Tsehay Mewcha is only the small area where the mining is done. Free formed shaped $100/ct for a very special rare pattern from a mine that produced very stable opal that never cracks when left out of the water for ever.  No signs of crazing on over 200 welo opals I have had in my possession for 6 years now.  These stones are the best that i picked from exporters from Ethiopia.
