This opal is insane quality 100% natural no treatments.. Displays all the colors! I took a few more photos to show it's crystalline nature looking through the window on a rainy day. It's a lot of fun taking photos of opal to share. This one especially!
I have seen a lot of opals. I've mined in Australia and I've been all over Ethiopia in my days. Now there are newer opal dealers in Ethiopia but at one time I knew 90% of them. Suffice to say I've seen a lot and I'm sure there are people looking on here that have also seen a lot of top opals.
Here is one of those extremely rare stones that just amazes even the most extremely fussy opal buyers. One of those once every ten years type of stones.
This stone is very good no matter what light and even in dim light it's incredible looking.
Very few times will you ever see an opal that is in the same class as this. I have a few I've collected during the past 15 years and this is up there among the best!
Please enjoy the photos and videos.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a person is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on behalf of the bidder, incrementally increasing the bid up to the maximum to maintain their position as the highest bidder.
When there is an icon indicating 'Automatic Bid', it means our system is actively placing bids for the bidder based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if bidders are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the bidders maximum limit.
