This is a natural boulder matrix from Winton Queensland Australia . We have blocked it out and have not faced it so there is a chance it may cut a better stone than it appears.This material has precious opal embedded in the ironstone and usually is easy to get a top polish on.
It should be fun to cut these stone.You can cut stones from it make beads or do some interesting specimens or carvings.
All rough should be considered a bit of a gamble so we suggest you study it with a dry loop before cutting. We do accept returns and refund if the rough is not touched
