Description: 1000 carats of top grade opal chunks
Weight: 1000 carats.
Origin: Welo, Ethiopia
Treatment: none.
Type: Hydrophane.
Shape: rough.
Pattern: various.
Dominant Colors: Red, orange, yellow, gold, green, blue, turquoise, pink.
Size: largest stone is 38mm x 30mm x 20mm
Condition: Some pieces have fractures. Please look at the video.
Comments: This is a parcel of great opal chunks. Most are pretty big with some at 70 and 100 carats each. Bright colors and some pieces are only color bars with no clay. Two pieces have honeycomb pattern.
Photos & Videos: I took these photos and videos on an IPhone 12 Pro. They are taken indoors under an LED lamp. No enhancements have been used.
