THIS LARGE ROUGH SPECIMEN WAS MINED AT MAGDALENA JALISCO MEXICO WHICH IS KNOWN FOR ITS TOP FIRE OPAL. THIS ROUGH WAS FORMED BY VOLCANIC ACTION.WE HAVE TAKEN THE PHOTOS WITH THE SPECIMEN BEING WET TO SHOW THE COLOURS.
