This is a super rare newly discovered Argyle A pattern welo. What makes it Evan more rare is it has been dry for a little over a year know with no cracks or crazing. It is a non hydrophane opal. This is a type of opal pattern that is so rare that there isn't another like it on the planet. It has green, red, orange, blue, yellow, and more. I can say whoever ends up with this opal will have a one of a kind patterned opal. It is so rare most people will probably not ever run across another like it. If the right jewlerist gets this, and cuts it right it will be a priceless piece for anyone. I cannot guarantee these types of opals will not crack or craze during cutting process they are a gamble. In my opinion since it has no signs of fractures or, crazing after a year it will hold just fine. I Just can't guarantee this. I will say my opals are put threw a series of test to make sure of there durability. If they show any signs of crazing or, cracks I don't post them. I decided to let this one sit due to its uniqueness for at least a year. With me handling it from time to time to study this piece. This would be the perfect collectors piece as well.I am open for offers on this one of a kind opal.
