Large face best seen from above as in a ring. Green is clearly its primary color, but the underlaying secondary colors, yellow, orange, and blue contributes to make this opal lively with movement.
The secondary colors are hard to be picked up by the camera.
Best seen in low light conditions. Concave surface. Body tone darker then seen in the video.
Natural Opal-Type - 1 (Solid)
Origin: Lightning Ridge. Australia
Body tone: Dark Opal N. 5. Semi-translucent material
Body Tone and Play of Colour; slightly vary according to light source.
Colours: Primary: green - Secondary: yellow, orange, blue
Brightness: Moderate. Crispy green
Directionality: Directional
Pattern: Moss like
Polishing: Excellent up to 10x
Clarity: Spot of dark potch on face.
