The Gem Portal offers a 7-day inspection period (on arrival) for all of our gemstones. We guarantee a full refund of the price of the gemstone(s) purchased during this 7-day inspection period.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. A full refund will be processed once we have received the item(s) to be returned.
