This is just a top quality Opal from Ethiopia. It has a bright Orange flash, which is my favorite color for Opal and is rarely seen as a predominant color. Since Ethiopian Opal is fairly common, we only list the best of our pieces on this site, Opals that are 5/5 for brightness, with lots of variety of color play.
I took pictures of this Opal in high magnification and full sunlight to give you the best idea of its color play and quality. As a certified gemologist I can verify that the above description is accurate and that this Opal/Opals have been tested in the gem lab to verify identity and natural origin.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
