it has been stabilised and recut ( The drilled hole may not go through and through , some may not be in proper position , but it can still be used to set with a bail , or in claw or bazel setting )
Most of Honduran opal is opaque Matrix with a dark base, matrix rock studded with small specks of colored and relatively bright opal
