This is a piece of rough mined in Lightning Ridge.The rough has beenfaced to expose the colour bar so you can see it will cut a stone.It is now ready for pre shaping to your desired shape ready for polishing.

The main thing to look for with buying any rubs or pre shapedrough is that there is no sand in the face of the stone as if it dosent come off you will cut a much smaller stone.
