THIS SITE SPECIALIZES IN BOULDER YOWA ROUGH
This is a pre shaped rub mined in Quilpie Queensland.The colour bar has been exposed and it is now ready for polishing.Most boulder opal has a thin precious colour bar sitting on top of ironstone so you have to be careful not to rub too deep.Having ironstone exposed in the face of the stone is acceptable for commercial stones.
