Rare all natural dark base welo opal. Around 90% of dark base Ethiopian opal are smoked or, dyed to obtain the black look. This one here is all natural. It is excellent cut grade with no cracks or inclusions. I can't tell how much sand is over this opal. Thats part of the gamble. Just remember all rough opal can be a gamble during cutting process.
