This is a natural solid stone from Lightning Ridge .It has been well polished and set with a bright emerald green quartz [treated] stone on top and also a natural fresh water mabe pearl.
Stunning looking.
The stone has been bezel set which helps protect it.
The workmanship and quality is excellent.
