Very nice Australian Black Crystal Opal with bright flashes of color, mostly in the Green color range. This Opal looks like a Black Opal, but is actually transparent, making it a Black Crystal Opal. The color flashes cover most of the surface of the stone and are nicely bright.
I took pictures of this Opal in high magnification and full sunlight to give you the best idea of its color play and quality. As a certified gemologist I can verify that the above description is accurate and that this Opal/Opals have been tested in the gem lab to verify identity and natural origin.
