This seam opal in host rock (bulldog shale) specimen was mined on the Hans Peak opal field of Coober Pedy Australia.
Collectors specimens like this are becoming increasingly rare due to the major fields being mostly worked out and declining mining activity.
This rare specimen displays beautiful crystal based green blue fire throughout the seam.
Will make a spectacular aquarium or desk/cabinet ornament, or a brilliant rare addition to any mineral collection.
WEIGHT: 106 carats.
This piece could possibly yield some opal, but is certainly better left as a rare specimen.
DIMENSIONS: Approximately 62 mm by 35 mm by 9 mm.
World Class Opal is an Australian Registered Business.
AUSSIE BUYERS PLEASE NOTE, G.S.T is included in the price.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a user is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on that users behalf, incrementally increasing the bid to maintain their position as the highest bidder, up to the specified maximum.
When there is an icon indicating 'Auto Bid,' it means our system is actively placing bids for the user based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if users are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the users maximum limit.
