OPAL EARRINGS
WITH PERIDOT STONE.
This is a gem quality doublet opal made from natural crystal from Coober Pedy and backed on to ironstone from Queensland to look like expensive black opal. It also has a beautiful natural peridot stone on top.
The workmanship and quality is excellent.

Weight of stone and silver: 29 cts.
Peridot is one of the few gemstones that occur in only one color: basically an olive green. The intensity and tint of the green however depends on how much iron is contained in the crystal structure, so the color of individual peridot gems can vary from yellow-green through olive green to brownish green.
Our jewelery manafacturing is contracted out to one factory in asia where i supply both the silver and stones to be set.This gives me control of the quality of both the silver and stones.
