DOUBLET
This is a bright doublets made from Australian natural crystal opal from Mintabie. This opal field may be closing soon so the price of this material is rising .Mounted onto a black glass backing.The natural crystal is blackened on the back so it looks like expensive black opal. They are ideal for the jeweller to design a stunning Earring and Pendant. These stones were cut on the field and the colour bar on top is thicker than the asian cut doublets.
As a general rule doublets are meant to sell for 10% of the price of a solid opal but we sell our for much less.
