Very rare for a dark base opal to be all natural nk smoke or dye treatments. I tried to zoom innom the slight fracture for you to see. This does have a slight fracture that doesnt run all the way across. Its only around a 8th of a inch DEEP. Since it had this it has to be listed as specimen. Evan if the crack spread during its cutting process you will still get two huge stones. Just remember all rough opal like this can be a gamble. I can't guarantee any rough opal will hold up during cutting process. This opal displays super bright vivid fire with a full spectrum. Feel free to make me a offer.
