This Opal Examination Light allows you to backlight translucent opals to help identify cracks and sand spots before you start cutting. It can also help detect if colour bars run underneath sand spots which can be very helpful in planning your cuts. The light comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a charging station with both Australian and USA charging adapters.

The light has a toggle switch that allows you to switch between Warm/Cool/ and UV LED lights.

It also has a removable focusing tip so that you can use the light as a regular flashlight.
