Unique Australian Andamooka Rainbow Matrix Specimen Rough Opal.

Great for the collector or make into a beautiful large pendant.
Unfinished - will need to be coated.
Lots of greens and some blues.

Double sided.

Andamooka Rainbow Matrix is a routinely treated type of Opal.

It's different to normal Matrix as it doesn't polish. A clear epoxy like Liquid Glass must be painted on.

Could be recut into several smaller pieces but would need to be retreated after cutting.

Has been photographed wet to show how it will look once coated with clear epoxy

(last photo shows when it is dry and before being coated).
