This is natural rough from mintabie that has been sliced. I bought it from a hong kong company that closed down so it is over 15 years old material. This rough is called vertical opal as it was formed in the up right position.You may see some pencil writting on the material as it was meant to be set in jewellery. This opal field may be closing down soon so this material looks like it cant be replaced.
