This beautiful and bright Opal comes from Andamooka, South Australia where the mining in this town has all but ceased.
it is bursting with red/orange color. Will make a stunning opal ring or pendant!As with the majority of Andamooka Matrix, the host rock has been treated (blackened) in order to create contrast and allow the vibrant colors of the Opal to shine through. This treatment is permanent.
- We make every effort to photograph our Opals to reflect their true colors.
- Opals are photographed indoors and are usually much brighter in person.
- Our Opals are expertly & lovingly polished and finished with a high shine.
