This shape with a concave face is the result of carving into the stone waving colour-bar.
There is some potch left on its face where some blue colour can be seen at the right angle.
Due to its concave nature the carving thickness is variable from 2.8 to 3.1 mm

Origin: Lightning Ridge. Australia
Body tone: Black opal N.3 Opaque material
