Beautiful Solid Boulder Opal Stone that was found in Queensland mining fields in Australia. It has a nice play of colour and would look great in any setting.
This opal is neither a doublet nor triplet.
Unheated or untreated in any way.

reflected off the high polish, it is not in the stone.

colour due to the difference

This is simply cannot be avoided.
