The face displays a beautifully reflective polish that compliments its natural multicolor fire — while the back transitions into a deeper tone, revealing the crystal structure and internal depth.

Cut from high-grade Mintabie rough, this stone was shaped into a mirror-polished oval cabochon. Fire moves fluidly across the face as it rotates, flashing intense reds, oranges, greens, blues, violets, and yellows under both natural and artificial light.

Under 10x magnification, minor internal inclusions are visible. One internal seam line is present, typical of Mintabie opal. It is fully enclosed within the stone and not surface-reaching. The cabochon is structurally stable, with no features that affect durability, polish, or visual appeal. These internal characteristics are natural to this type of material and part of its geological formation.
