ANDAMOOKA RAINBOW MATRIX PARCEL.
This is natural opal that has been treated to look like expensive black opal.. This material is hard to get a polish on it as its porous.
We have carbonized the stone with sugar only. The treatment is permeant but keep away from harsh chemicals
Carbonized and resin treated to stabilize.
You may see black spots in the stone -they are pebbles left by a glacier before the opal formed-they make the stone unique.
