We understand how difficult it is to take photos that reveal the true colours of the opals. We will only take and upload genuine photos that represent the real colour or the opal. Please if you are interested in any extra photos or videos don't hesitate to email us or call anytime.
NOTE: Photos may make the opal appear larger so please read measurements carefully before any purchases are made.


Shipping and handling:
All purchases will be packed with the utmost care for a safe journey to wherever in the world the opal may be sent. Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. All domestic shipping and international shipping will be done through Australia Post. Domestic Shipping is 1-5 business days, international shipping is 4+ business days. Please keep in mind these are all standard (estimated) delivery times from Australia post, Public holidays may extend shipping times also time in customs if applicable may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Posts control.
