Registered post signature required shipping at $12 per item, Delivery time 7 to 21 days. EMS cost at $50 per post, Delivery time 5 to 10 days. Fedex cost at $29 per post, Delivery time 7 days .If you choose not to take insurance we will not be liable for lost or damaged goods. All items must be paid within 5 days or the item will be relisted and reported as unpaid. All opals are cut by Enigma Opals and are 100% natural with no treatment whatsoever. Please contact me to resolve any disputes before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Payment via Paypal. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer an exchange or refund policy which states that within 7 days of receiving the item if the buyer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase. Returned items must be original and unchanged and containing all original boxes and packing material with documentation provided by Enigma Opals . The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
