Not treated in any way 100% natural Welo opal from Estayish mine Ethiopia.
Full color and 5/5 color in a dark based crystal opal from Ethiopia.
Nicely patterned and priced far more reasonable than most black opals with this level of color. Has a slight rough spot in the face where it’s wasn’t polished completely. I just left it as is instead of polishing it down any further.
