SEDA ROUGH OPALS

This is a natural seam opal rough that has not been faced or rubbed down-this is how the rough comes out of the mine when you are gouging with a pick. The opal colour in this rough isnt strong so it best suited as a carving piece-there is a very small chance it will cut a commercial stone so it should be viewed as a gamble..

Mined in Lightning Ridge.

Note we use a Nikon camera that captures the mauve in blue stones which the eye cant see so consider this colour to be blue
