2 levels type of carving. Lots of colors on the higher step. There are more reds than the videos are displaying.
Under electrical warm light it displays more reds. More greens under a cool light. Body tone from N.5 to N. 6
I have removed most of the sand at the back to check for hidden cracks. therefore the opal thickness is variable from 2.7/1.5 mm
Natural Opal-Type - 1 (Solid)
Origin: Lightning Ridge. Australia
Body tone: Dark opal N.6.Translucent material
Body Tone and Play of Colour; slightly vary according to light source.
Colours: Primary: green - Secondary : red and yellow
Brightness: Good to moderate according to direction

Polishing: Excellent up to 10x
Clarity: 2 small black dots on face. Sand at the back.
Treatments: No treatment. No cracks.
