This genuine Australian opal pendant has been created with a Coober Pedy ( Dead Horse Gully) seam opal inlaid doublet and solid 14 karat gold to create a rare and stunning genuine gem opal visual experience!
If flawless, we would have listed this piece at RRP$600 per carat, about 1.5 carats = $1'150.00 for the pendant, but I overheated the face during dry sanding causing a barely visible pressure crack (will not affect the integrity of the piece).

We have sealed the split with UV glue. See pics..

Even at a 50% discount ($300 per carat) the piece is STILL valued at around $700.00
So being slightly crazy, I thought I'd see what happened if we listed at $1!
