I offer a return policy which states that within 7 days after delivery if the buyer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase they may return the product for a refund less my shipping costs which are only what the PO charges me, in USD that is 20-40$. Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, accessories and documentation provided by Kangaroo Opals. Rough material must not be touched, rubbed or modified in anyway. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. I strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Kangaroo Opals will not be held responsible for items returned that are lost in transit. You should insure any returns sent back to me. Australian customers, all items are now sent EXPRESS POST free of charge. International customers, All items over $1000 now sent EXPRESS COURIER INTERNATIONAL Items $101-999 Express with tracking.
