This rough opal was mined on the Donna's Rush opal field 50 km north of Coober Pedy Australia.
WEIGHT: 230 carats, 46 grams or 1 oz 10 dwt (troy) weighed dry.
These are low to medium yield seam pieces.
These stones should cut around 30-40 carats of solids, doublets, inlay and intarsia etc..
