Postal Service and FedEx
Due to the current pandemic, the postal service and Fedex have stated that transit time are typically longer than normal. The ETA is only suggested time. Depending on where you are and the current situation, it may be faster or take longer to arrive. It is out of my control, and I appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters..
All items need to be insured if you want a refund for items lost in the mail. There are no refunds or replacements given for lost packages without insurance.
Returns and replacements accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Returns or replacements are processed after the stone arrives back to me. Returns or replacements due to lost packages, will be processed once the insurance send the payment.
Most of the time, I will settle a dispute in the buyers favor. Contact me directly to resolve any issue before leaving negative feedback. I strive to make all my customers happy. If negative feedback is given without a buyer communicating with me, negative feedback will given for that buyer, and they will be blocked from future purchases at my store.
