This rough opal was mined on the Old 15 Mile opal field of Coober Pedy Australia.

WEIGHT: 27 carats, 5.4 grams or 0 oz 3.4 dwt (troy) weighed dry.
These are medium to high yield pieces.
These stones should cut around 10-12 carats of quality solids, doublets, inlay and intarsia etc..
