STUNNING 7.5 Ct RAINBOW Gem Crystal REDS

Folks here is a sensational Opal from my collection. This beauty is from the Opal Valley field at Coober Pedy.

It has a beautiful floral to flagstone pattern depending on the angle of the sun. It is winter here now in Australia, so the

sun is low and weak, but she pops in any light and will only look 10x better in your hand than in the pics.

The Opal has very good color in the edges also, so has been cut with that thought in mind.

I think this is ideal as a ringstone, sitting proud to capture all the light. A few diamonds, its a 20k ring all day long.

It would also male a fantasic pendant, or you could just look at it as I do.

This Opal has the brightest flashes of color that you can get, very much elecric colors at all angles.

The red fire is just gorgeous. It also displays very good color in doors.

Overall a very bright stone, an active one, lots of good color on display without any movement.

Its hard to pick an overall color for this Opal.

It is pretty much a D shape, some of the pics make it look like the face is concave, but it is relatively flat with the sides sloping away slighty.

17.5 x 13.5 x 5.3 mm and 7.5 carats.
