THIS IS A OPAL DOUBLET WITH STRONG COLOURS. THEY ARE MADE FROM CRYSTAL AND BACKED WITH NATURAL BLACK POTCH FROM LIGHTNING RIDGE. IT IS READY TO BE MADE IN TO A RING OR PENDANT. WE CALL IT BLACK AS IT IS MADE FROM CRYSTAL MINED AT OUR OPERATION IN LIGHTNING RIDGE WHICH IS FAMOUS FOR BLACK OPAL.. MOST DOUBLETS ARE MADE FROM MATERIAL FROM COOPER PEDY. WE HAVE CUT THIS STONE IN ASIA AS ON THE OPAL FIELD IT COSTS $ 3.00 TO $5.00 JUST TO GET ONE MADE HERE.
