An amazing crystal universe in a Yowah nut .Yes , the eye gets drawn in to a amazing and beautiful world when looking at this gem . The purples and greens throughout the crystal are offset by intriguing flashes of reds and gold. This truly amazing opal is unique and commenced its life a hundred million years ago and took some ten thousand years to form all happening on the shores of an ancient huge ocean where Yowah is now. The ironstone was tumbled by the waves in to what is commonly referred to as a "Yowah Nut" silica formed with the ironstone and opalized.
