Gem crystal cabochon opal from Lightning Ridge Australia. All natural and untreated , this is a highly polished stone straight from the ground. The led light in the camera competes with the colour presentation. We have a reputation for our opals being true to the pictures and videos. This opal is much brighter and better in the hand. A nice gem !

Dark Opal from Lightning Ridge
WOW, one of my faves. shines brighter in natural light than it does with direct artificial. The pattern is amazing, sort of a floral/flagstone and with multi colour change - including some purple. Just amazing, thank you.
