Yawah nut comes from a deposit of boulder opal mined at Yawah, Australia. The “nut” is often cut lengthwise or crosswise to display the incredible play of color in the layers of the stone, similar to those found in pearls, but in fire-bearing layers of different colors. This stone has 2 longitudinal cracks marking the grain, naturally dividing the nut into three stones. The result will be astounding!
If the stone is not sold by the end of this listing, it will be removed from the listing and cut in my own lab, then offered for sale for at least three times the value of this offering.
Colorful Boulder Opal is always in demand by the discriminating shopper. Get this piece now and make your own necklace, or just use your imagination and CREATE!
Never clean opals in an ultrasonic machine. Simply dip in a weak solution of dishwashing liquid and wipe off.
All reasonable offers are considered.
